Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. Prepaid packages are refundable within 14 days if unused.
Rescheduling
Write or call us at least 3 hours before the appointment and we will move it to any free slot at no charge.
Refunds
Single sessions are paid at the salon, so there is nothing to refund if you cancel in time. Prepaid packages and gift vouchers are refunded in full within 14 days of purchase if unused; after that they can be transferred to another person.
Booking
Appointments are booked via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone and confirmed by us within 15 minutes during opening hours (10:00–23:00 daily). No prepayment is required.
