Booking
Appointments are booked via WhatsApp, Telegram or phone and confirmed by us within 15 minutes during opening hours (10:00–23:00 daily). No prepayment is required.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 3 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged 50% of the service price. Prepaid packages are refundable within 14 days if unused.
Prices
All prices are in AED and include 5% VAT. Offers cannot be combined; the first-visit discount applies to new guests only.
Health and safety
Please tell your therapist about pregnancy, injuries, skin conditions or allergies before the session. For your safety we may adapt or decline a treatment.
Late arrival and conduct
Arriving late shortens your session; the end time stays the same. We reserve the right to refuse service in case of inappropriate behaviour.
